Duck fat toast

I should be writing a novel but I can't stop thinking about duck fat toast. A picture of it at St John Restaurant stops me scrolling on Instagram. Duck fat toast on its own sounds pretty great, but it comes with beef mince with a 'wobble of thickness' and horseradish.
